We currently have an opening for Parts Specialist at our Napanee Dealership.

Overview

The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing internal and external customers with the appropriate parts and products to meet their needs and provides administrative support to the parts department. This role is essential to the parts team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for counter sales, focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain attractive and current showroom displays.
  • Promote and merchandise parts and accessories.
  • Stock shelves and verify information to ensure accuracy (stock levels, invoicing, work orders).
  • Maintain parts inventory, bring discrepancies to the forefront.
  • Assist with physical inventory and stock count processes.
  • Stay current with product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Promote and support the organization’s merchandising programs.
  • Upsell parts and products to customers and assist them in translating their needs into a sale.
  • Receive parts for stock orders, CaseIH, and short orders.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in parts or inventory control.
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
