Position: Shift Supervisor for Security Team

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Shift Supervisor will lead Security Monitors, monitor safety conditions, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Your ability to communicate effectively while planning operations is vital for safety and efficiency. You must be available for various shifts and local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations and team performance

• Delegate tasks and supervise Safety Monitors

• Conduct safety audits and archive reports

• Facilitate resident movement as per regulations

• Maintain communication for the next shift

Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma essential

• One year experience in a supervisory role required

• Background in the reentry/correctional environment necessary

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Complete federal background checks as mandated
