The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have a deep commitment to customer service, a keen eye for organization, exceptional skills in database management and a desire to supervise a dedicated team of student assistants and proctors.

Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the Disability Services Exam Proctoring Center (EPC) at UMass Amherst, for Amherst, Charles River and Springfield locations
- Supervises, trains and hires a staff of student assistants, proctors, couriers, floaters and reader/scribes
- Collaborates with faculty, Disability Services staff and students taking schedule exams to ensure timely and secure administration of exams with equitable accommodations.
- Resolves exam accommodation issues and provides a welcoming, accessible exam environment for students with disabilities.
- 2 years of office administration experience
- Database and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Awareness of the needs of students with disabilities in higher education
On-site position, with extended hours during final exam periods.
