About the position:
The practice is overseen by a clinician-led senior leadership and Board of Directors. Becoming a shareholder means gaining voting rights on practice management, strategic updates, and clinical policies.

• Salary Range: $235,000 to $300,000 annually based on hours and experience
• Patient Volume:
  Average of 18 to 20 patients per day

  Light shared call from home, 1-2 times per week
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks PTO plus paid holidays
• Partnership/Ownership:
  Option to become a shareholder after two years

• On-Site Services:
  Lab, 3-D mammography, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and radiology.
