We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our growingclinics in Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and organized leader who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about developing teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting practice growth.

Schedule

Monday – Fridays, 8AM – 5PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor front office, clinical support, and administrative staff to ensure a high-performing,cohesive team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycleinitiatives.
  • Implement policies and procedures to support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
  • Partner directly with clinical leadership to enhance patient and staff experience.
  • Recruit, hire, train,evaluate, and support staff development and retention.
  • Manage vendor relationships,supply ordering, and technology support coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements across sites.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000annually (based on experience and scope of responsibility)

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as aMedical Practice Manager required; multi-site experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership,interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and build strong, collaborative teams.
  • Knowledge of practiceoperations, scheduling, billing, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
