We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our growingclinics in Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and organized leader who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about developing teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting practice growth.
ScheduleMonday – Fridays, 8AM – 5PM
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor front office, clinical support, and administrative staff to ensure a high-performing,cohesive team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycleinitiatives.
- Implement policies and procedures to support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
- Partner directly with clinical leadership to enhance patient and staff experience.
- Recruit, hire, train,evaluate, and support staff development and retention.
- Manage vendor relationships,supply ordering, and technology support coordination.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements across sites.
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000annually (based on experience and scope of responsibility)

- 3+ years of experience as aMedical Practice Manager required; multi-site experience preferred.
- Strong leadership,interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and build strong, collaborative teams.
- Knowledge of practiceoperations, scheduling, billing, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
