My Eye Dr . is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office, foster a collaborative team, and partner with doctors, vendors, and staff to deliver a personalized patient experience. You will own patient experiences, financial performance, and daily operations.
This role requires evening and weekend shifts at times, an undergraduate degree or equivalent leadership experience, and a track record of coaching, KPI results and strong communication. Reports to the District Manager.
