Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN) in Amherst, MA

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care settings strongly preferred
• Background in healthcare support roles such as paraprofessional work is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond to a dynamic school environment
• CPR and First Aid certification

• Deliver daily nursing care, first aid, and medication administration to students
• Monitor and support students with chronic health needs or special medical requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in line with school policies
• Provide health education and resources to students as needed
• Participate in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
