Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: On site near Amherst, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

• Join a stable and long-standing group of family-owned and operated businesses including manufacturing, real‑estate development, and hospitality
• Broad exposure to accounting, payroll, and light HR functions
• Work directly with senior management and make an immediate, positive impact in day-to-day operations

• Manage and process bi‑weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paychex
• Oversee bookkeeping responsibilities for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with month‑end close procedures, general ledger maintenance, and intercompany transactions
• Handle various HR generalist duties, including benefits coordination and employee inquiries

• Accounting Degree
• 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Paychex payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications
