Spark Joy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Amherst, OH.

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work in client homes; must be comfortable traveling within assigned territory

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Amherst
