Senior Family Law Paralegal

This full‑time, permanent role provides a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a leader in the family law practice, you will support attorneys and clients through complex legal processes.

• Manage and oversee the paralegal team within the family law department.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Maintain and organize case files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Coordinate with other legal professionals and staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Utilize automation and technology to standardize administrative tasks for paralegals and professional staff.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on family law.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
