The Starting Hourly Rate is $15.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the salesfloor; locate merchandise in the backroom as required by business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability with priority fills and merchandising to keep the floor ready for guests.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces to assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms, guest services, and the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws where applicable.
• Greet guests, engage to understand needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally; comfortable climbing ladders and moving merchandise safely.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable attendance.
