Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 per hour. Pay Range: $15.75 – $23.65 per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and solve problems.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and display promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate power equipment when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about Resources, products and services in the total store and your area to resolve guest issues.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to laws (e.g., alcohol-related).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, peak times).
• Training will teach you role-specific skills; prior skills include:

• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately
• Attention to detail and multi-step processes
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
• Must be able to stay mobile for the duration of a shift
