Rebate Controller
We're looking for an organised and reliable Rebate Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing supplier rebates, keeping records up to date, and making sure rebate payments are claimed, received, and reconciled correctly. If you enjoy working with numbers, have great attention to detail, and like building good working relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the company's rebate database.
- Update and manage the buying group's online rebate system.
- Ensure supplier rebates are claimed and received on time.
- Reconcile rebate payments and resolve any queries.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding rebate claims.
- Produce monthly reports on outstanding rebates.
- Process inter-company invoices when required.
- Attend supplier meetings where needed.
- Maintain accurate rebate records and spreadsheets.
- Identify ways to improve processes and efficiency.
- Support the office team with general administration when required.
- AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build good relationships.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm.
