Assembly operator
Hours:
7:00am – 3:30pm
Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Location:
Ammanford
About the Role:
This position supports a large laminator room within a busy manufacturing site. You’ll play a key role in the production process, assembling components and maintaining high operational standards across the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling components and products to required standards
Following work instructions, drawings, and production schedules
Using hand tools and basic equipment safely
Carrying out visual quality checks
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting the production team with additional tasks when required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Good teamwork and communication skills
