Location: Ammanford area Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 15:15pm

JDR Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well‑established manufacturing business in the Ammanford area. Due to increased production demands, we are looking for reliable and detail‑focused Production Trimmers to join their growing team on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

This is a hands‑on manufacturing position working with specialist composite materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming and finishing moulded components to a high standard.

• ✔ Trimming excess material from finished products
• ✔ Using hand and power tools (such as grinders and routers)
• ✔ Ensuring components meet quality and dimensional standards
• ✔ Inspecting products for defects or imperfections
• ✔ Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• ✔ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• ✔ Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• ✔ Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn
• ✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• ✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• ✔ Stable Monday‑Friday day shifts
