Trimmer & Laminator

We’re recruiting Trimmers and Laminators to join our client’s growing team in Ammanford
. If you have experience using hand or power tools, working with composites, or in a manufacturing/production environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Trim GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) panels to the required size.
• Cut vents, openings, and complete finishing work.
• Use hand and power cutting tools safely and accurately.
• Work in a busy production environment where the role can be dusty and physically active.

• Prepare moulds and apply release agents.
• Laminate GRP/composite components following detailed work instructions.
• Assemble high-quality products using hand and power tools.
• Ensure work is completed to quality standards.

• Experience using hand or power tools (grinders, disc cutters, cutting tools, etc.).
• Manufacturing, production, composite, or construction experience is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety.

• Competitive pay of £12.71–£14.00 per hour
