We’re recruiting x1 Assembly Workers and x2 Laminator s and x1 Repairer to join our client's growing team in Ammanford
.

If you have experience using hand or power tools , working with composites , or within a manufacturing, production, trimming, or laminating environment , we’d love to hear from you.

• Preparing moulds and applying release agents
• Laminating GRP/composite components following detailed work instructions
• Assembling high-quality products using hand and power tools
• Trimming and finishing components to the required standards
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard

Regarding the repairer if you could find someone with past experience in car detailing or something along those lines. Skills like that would be most transferable to the repairer role.

• Experience using hand or power tools
  , such as grinders, disc cutters and cutting tools
• Experience in manufacturing, production, composites or construction is beneficial
• Experience in trimming or laminating is highly desirable
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety

• £12.71–£14.00 per hour - Weekly Pay on a Wednesday
• Pay increases after successful completion of training
• Monday to Friday working hours
