Clinical Nurse Manager Job
Location:
Ammanford, Medium care home
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
We are looking for a RGN/RMN clinical lead nurse manager to run a medium‑size nursing floor for a dual registered nursing home near Ammanford, South West Wales.
This role is best suited for a RGN or RMN with dementia and end‑of‑life experience working in a care‑home environment.
Offer / Responsibilities- Pay of up to £50,000 per annum for 39 hours per week
- Access to home manager training scheme / career pathways
- Supernumerary hours only
- One weekend per month
- Benefits and bonus available
Ideal candidates: senior nurses wanting to progress to a clinical manager or nurse deputy managers looking to run their own home.
