Clinical Nurse Manager (Ammanford)
Location: Ammanford, South West Wales
Care Home Type: Medium care home
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
Our national client is looking for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to lead a medium-size nursing floor in a dual registered nursing home near Ammanford, South West Wales.
Experience in dementia and end‑of‑life care within a care home environment is required. The role involves supporting the state‑of‑the‑art facility through leadership and daily management.
Benefits & Compensation- Paying up to £50,000 per annum working 39 hours per week

- Working supernumerary hours only
- Working one weekend per month only
