Location: Head Office, Ammanford
Are you commercially driven with great people skills? We’re looking for a proactive Key Accounts Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow and strengthen relationships with the Public Sector.
What You’ll Do- Work closely with Key Account Managers and the wider sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service — by phone, email, and face-to-face when required.
- Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotations using the Area Contracts Office (ACO) system.
- Maximise sales growth by promoting offers and optimising margins.
- Handle customer disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Manage leads, track opportunities, and process sales orders accurately.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, raising purchase orders, and collating data for reporting.
- Support with stock checks and other operational tasks when required.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is desirable.

Hours of work: An average of 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 4.30pm.
