Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Telephone Customer Service & Sales person on a Full‑Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully‑office‑based role Mon‑Fri 8‑5.30.
Main duties:- To call prospective and previous clients and build rapport.
- To follow up on sales orders and quotations.
- To work alongside colleagues to increase sales.
- To ensure everything is logged on online system.
- Strong people skills
- Confident phone manner
- Pension contributions
- 24 days leave + bank holidays
