Trainee Bus Driver – Ammanford

This is a permanent, full‑time position offering guaranteed contracted hours and a structured rota.

• £14.07 per hour while training, rising to £14.50 per hour once qualified (approximately £27,795 per year while training, £28,652 per year once qualified)

• Train to operate local bus services
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transport for passengers travelling to work, education, healthcare, and leisure
• Represent First Bus across the local area, delivering a consistent and dependable service
• Maintain safety, punctuality, and professionalism in a customer‑facing environment

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• Minimum age of 18
• Right to work in the UK
