• Work side by side with your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2‑3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!

• 2‑5 years of multi‑unit leadership experience
• Available to work a five‑day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi‑unit leader
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems
