Maxx South Broadband in Amory, MS is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install and activate fiber and coaxial drop systems from the tap to the customer’s home. You’ll ensure proper grounding, signal termination, and educate customers on home equipment.
As the first step in a three-tier progression, you’ll gain hands-on experience with HSD, ONT and streaming devices, read design maps, troubleshoot service issues, and work in varying weather conditions while following safety guidelines.
