Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, Azure Databricks, Azure ML, and MLflow, with a proven ability to build scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business value. Experience in Data Governance and Data Intelligence initiatives will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
Work on Data Intelligence initiatives including predictive analytics, data mining, and insights generation.
Implement and support Master Data Governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows using Azure Databricks.
Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
Manage experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management using MLflow.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
Monitor model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and accuracy in production environments.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate actionable insights.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and analytics workflows.

Experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
Strong knowledge of MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn, and related data science libraries.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and scalable ML architectures.
Understanding of Master Data Governance processes and data quality frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning deployments.

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Nice to Have
Microsoft Azure Certifications related to Data Engineering or AI/ML.
Professional Data Scientist Certifications.

Experience with enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
