Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachstellen, Institutionen, Behörden und Sozialleistungsträgern zusammen und vernetzen sich mit Organisationen im Kanton Thurgau. Erwartet wird ein FH-/BSc-Abschluss, Beratungskompetenz und Interesse an Inklusion.
