Role Description  The Pharmacy Manager role at Raman Medicose is a full-time, on-site position based in Garhshankar Tehsil. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, coordinating work schedules, maintaining inventory and stock levels, and monitoring storage conditions for medicines. The role also involves counseling customers on proper medication use, managing immunization services where applicable, and handling documentation and reporting.

The Pharmacy Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers, address customer inquiries, and implement processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience overseeing pharmacy operations and working with pharmacy technicians, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
Solid knowledge of pharmacy, pharmacy practice standards, and regulatory requirements related to retail pharmacy settings.
Proficiency in handling and verifying prescriptions, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining detailed records.
Familiarity with immunization services, including safe administration protocols and patient education.
Relevant professional qualification in pharmacy (e.g.,

B.Pharm,

D.Pharm) and appropriate licensure as required by local regulations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage inventory and store medications safely.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain medication usage and precautions clearly.
Ability to work on-site in Garhshankar Tehsil and maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and patient safety.
