JAGGAER Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation & Configuration
Lead the full JAGGAER implementation lifecycle for indirect procurement modules, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Translate client business requirements into solution configurations that meet agreed scope, quality, and project timelines.
Configure JAGGAER applications (e.g., approval workflows, user roles, sourcing templates, supplier portals) in line with best practices.
Requirements Gathering & Client Engagement
Lead and participate in on-site and remote requirement-gathering sessions, client workshops, and business process mapping.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and IT.
Facilitate solution unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Documentation & Project Controls
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration notes, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
Manage project controls including budget vs. actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including scope challenges, software issues, and project delays.
Change Management & Training
Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective utilization of the JAGGAER platform.
Support change order discussions by identifying potential scope changes and communicating them via the change order process.
Ensure a seamless transition from Implementation to Customer Support post-go-live.

Required Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
3+ years of business experience  with at least  2+ years of demonstrated experience  in application implementations.
Deep understanding of  indirect procurement processes , including eProcurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
Experience implementing  SaaS software solutions  or ERPs with systems integration is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Ability to write custom reports and produce documentation supporting configuration changes.
Familiarity with integration concepts (Web Services, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, and database management) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with process modeling tools is desirable.
Soft Skills & Languages
Fluent in English  (written and verbal).
Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
