The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptionalAI platforms & Agentic solutions Product Manager
- Service Now.

This is not a traditional Product Management role.

We are looking for a strategic product leader, innovator, and builder who can identify emerging market opportunities, transform cutting‑edge AI capabilities into differentiated products and offerings, and help define the future of Service Now‑powered enterprise transformation.

You will operate at the intersection of:

Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, Sales, Alliances, GTM, and CTO leadership, you will develop market‑leading products and solutions that create measurable business outcomes and competitive differentiation.

Your Mission

Lead the strategy, productization, and commercialization of AI-powered products, platforms, accelerators, and industry solutions built on Service Now and the broader AI ecosystem.

You will identify opportunities where AI, automation, workflows, data, integrations, and experience design can be combined to create scalable solutions that customers trust, adopt, and derive measurable value from.

You will help create reusable intellectual property that differentiates Atos in the market while accelerating customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products.
• Develop industry‑specific solutions and reusable intellectual property.
• Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
• Think in terms of platforms, ecosystems, and reusable capabilities rather than individual features.
• Balance near‑term customer outcomes with long‑term platform differentiation.

AI Innovation & Product Engineering

• Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and multi‑agent systems.
• Rapidly validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and customer engagement.
