Over the past 7 years, bloomon has spread happiness to customers with products and designs that are distinctly bloomon. We are most known for our Original style, which can be characterized for its wide variety of flowers, complementary colour schemes and spaciousness. We offer select products in our range on subscription and all of them as one‑offs in our shop.

The Range team is responsible for the ideation and execution of the physical product across markets and platforms, from initial concept, through product development to launch. We work cross‑functionally with other teams across the business to support our decision making. We perform our own research, but also gather insights with the help of the Business Intelligence team; work closely together with the Brand & Creative team to develop the concept and collaborate with the Supply Chain teams on execution.

We have a close link with the Digital Product team to ensure our range is easily shoppable on site and looks as appealing as possible.

The team is seeking a highly skilled freelance Floral Stylist / Florist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the visual quality of our weekly e‑commerce product imagery while covering for a team member on sick leave. Additionally, the role will be responsible for sourcing, prepping, and styling all floral arrangements for our weekly product photoshoots.

Initial Term: December 2025 (4 weeks)

Potential Extension: Based on business needs, the contract may be extended into January 2026.

This assignment requires approximately 20 hours per week
, structured around our weekly content production cycle.

• Floral Styling: Conceptualize and create high‑quality floral arrangements and styling for all weekly e‑commerce product photoshoots, ensuring alignment with the Bloomon brand aesthetic
• Shoot Presence: Be present and actively involved during the full‑day shoot on Wednesday to adjust, refresh, and finalize styling as needed by the photography team. The shoot day can eventually change to a Tuesday depending on other teams’ availability
• Inventory Management: Efficiently source and order all necessary flowers and greenery for the following week’s shoot
• Flower Prep: Receive, clean, hydrate, and condition all ordered floral materials to ensure optimal appearance for photography
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Photography and E‑commerce teams to meet weekly content deadlines and creative requirements
• Brand events / workshops: support the team with styling for various brand events

• Proven experience as a Floral Stylist or Florist, preferably in an editorial or commercial/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of floral varieties, conditioning techniques, and visual composition.
