Tax Manager Global Compliance Management Services (GCMS/TMC)

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services team. As a Tax Manager, you will manage compliance projects within an international environment and serve as the key liaison for both clients and colleagues.

The GCMS practice is at the heart of our tax advisory and compliance practice, and as part of the TMC team, we coordinate, standardize, and transform compliance processes for our clients. We work with 157 local KPMG member firms to support clients across the globe, identifying opportunities for process optimization and providing input on large transformation projects.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up engagements and supervising transitions at new clients
• Coordinating compliance and administrative processes
• Managing junior consultants and client administrators
• Managing international colleagues in tax returns and financial statements
• Reviewing simple tax returns and calculations
• Liaising with clients and maintaining contact
• Setting up and working with KPMG Digital Gateway
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization
• Providing general support to colleagues

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a tax position
• University graduate
• Experience with Lean methodology is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of Dutch and English
