Flits Interim is op zoek naar een ervaren Wmo-consulent voor tijdelijke vervanging in Amstelveen. Je gaat indiceren van complexe Wmo-voorzieningen, huisbezoeken afleggen en de kwaliteit van aanvragen waarborgen.
Ervaring met de sociale kaart van gemeente Amsterdam en een afgeronde HBO-opleiding zijn vereist. De start is zo snel mogelijk, en de functie loopt tot 1 januari 2027, met mogelijkheden tot verlenging.
