As part of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes for our guests - from business lunches to last-minute meals for flight passengers. You’ll work in a modern, vibrant hotel environment where teamwork, creativity, and service excellence come together.
About Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport
Our hotel features 180 modern guest rooms, a Restaurant with a bar, 3 meeting rooms, and a fitness area. We’re conveniently located near Eindhoven Airport, serving both business and leisure travelers.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an independent or line chef, preferably in a hotel or à la carte restaurant.
Strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and quality.
Passion for gastronomy and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and efficiency.
Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
Your Day-to-Day
Prepare and present dishes in accordance with brand and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Participate in daily briefings, review guest reservations, and prepare for special events or group bookings.
Handle unexpected situations — such as serving stranded flight guests — with a positive, proactive attitude.
