- Je hebt een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting
- Je hebt ervaring met Service Now, met name refinementen troubleshooting
- Je kunt risico’s goed inschatten bij rechten, rollen en nieuwe functionaliteiten
- Je bent communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders
- Je denkt analytisch en komt zelfstandig met concrete oplossingen
- Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
