Senior AI Consultant - AI Trust & Governance

Location:
Amstelveen, NL
- Advise clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance (e.g. EU AI Act)
- Design & implement governance frameworks and control mechanisms for AI solutions
- Define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms
- Embed governance into MLOps/LLM Ops/GenAI solutions
- Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical technical solutions
- Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements
- Support the build-up of our AI Trust capability and squad
- 6-10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting
- Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance
- Understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge business, compliance, and technical domains
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Experience with Azure / Databricks / similar platforms is a plus
- Experience in leading a team is also a plus
- A key role in shaping AI Trust & Responsible AI capabilities
