Senior Program Manager Short Role Introduction
MSIG Europe is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Strategic Transformation to help shape and deliver the organization’s most critical (enterprise) transformation initiatives. Following the merger of its European entities in 2025, MSIG Europe is entering a new phase focused on strengthening and professionalizing its operating model across Operations, IT and Data. As part of the COO Office, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading complex transformation programs including post‑merger integration, operating model transformation and enterprise‑wide improvement initiatives.
The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future model of MSIG Europe.
MSIG Europe is a specialist Property & Casualty and Marine insurer with local teams operating across Europe and the UK. As experts in risk, we support clients and partners with bespoke and digitally traded insurance solutions. MSIG Europe is part of the MSAD Group, one of the world’s leading non‑life insurance groups. The company is headquartered in Brussels, with major offices in Amstelveen, Rotterdam, Cologne and Paris.
Following the merger of the European entities in the summer of 2025, MSIG Europe has entered a new phase focused on strengthening and professionalizing its European operating model. A key priority for the organization is the further development and scaling of the COO domain, covering Operations, IT, Data and enterprise transformation initiatives across the business.
To support this journey, MSIG Europe is expanding its COO Office. The COO Office functions as the strategic transformation hub within the COO domain, connecting enterprise‑wide initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies, and maintaining executive‑level oversight across the broader change portfolio. Working closely with the COO leadership team and senior business stakeholders, the COO Office helps define, structure and deliver complex transformation programs that are critical to the long‑term development and scalability of the organization.
The team includes experienced transformation professionals and several former consultants with strong financial services backgrounds.
Working closely with the Director Operations, Director IT, Chief Data Officer and Director Change Portfolio, and reporting to the Director COO & Integration Office.
Working EnvironmentYou will operate in a dynamic and international environment with strong exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives across the organization. The COO Office is a highly professional and collaborative team focused on enterprise transformation, operational excellence and program delivery. The team bridges strategy and execution, supporting the business in designing and implementing sustainable change across operations, technology, data and organizational structures.

Role RequirementsYou are an experienced and credible transformation leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with outstanding program leadership and change management skills. You are comfortable operating at executive level, able to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable outcomes in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. As Senior Program Manager, you act in an influential, structured and decisive manner. You are able to align senior business leaders, IT leadership and external partners around common objectives and ensure delivery in large‑scale transformation environments.
