Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland zoekt een Verpleegkundig Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde in Amstelveen. Je hebt zelfstandige behandelverantwoordelijkheid binnen GRZ, WLZ, 1e lijn en kunt mede richting geven aan ouderenzorg.
Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van ongeveer 70 professionals en levert coaching en scholing aan collega’s. Vereisten omvatten HBO-verpleegkunde, MANP en BIG-registratie; rijbewijs B is vereist. Er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
