About the Role

UNIQLO is looking for a Sales Assistant to lead customer experiences and drive sales in our stores. The role involves delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and contributing to marketing and sustainability initiatives.

• Provide outstanding customer service from fitting rooms to payments, addressing customer needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory, recommend adjustments to displays and stock, ensuring product availability.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supporting a unified team culture.
• Champion sustainability: promote recycling, repair services, and local community activities.
• Participate in retail technology initiatives, creating content for social media, styling app, or livestream.

Hours:

24hrs / 32hrs / 38hrs

Starting Date:
May 2026

Flexibility:
Fully Flexible / Saturday Mandatory

Salary: €16.12 per hour, excluding holiday allowance
