Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland zoekt een woonbegeleider in Amstelveen voor 28 uur per week. Je ondersteunt ouderen bij ADL, welzijn, maaltijden en huishoudelijke taken, zodat bewoners zich veilig, gezien en thuis voelen.
Een zorgdiploma is niet nodig; jouw motivatie, betrokkenheid en instelling bepalen de keuze. Je werkt samen in een hecht team en volgt trainingen via de Zonnehuisgroep Academie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
