Je werkt herstelgericht en betrekt inzet van familie en netwerken. De functie vereist een BIG-registratie als hbo-verpleegkundige en een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in maatschappelijk werk of aanverwant, plus post-HBO GGZ-agoog.
