THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT As an Intern in Global Tax Strategy and Operations, you will support our Tax team in Amsterdam with hands-on work that contributes to our global corporate tax and VAT strategy, compliance and reporting processes. You'll gain real experience in a dynamic international scale-up, working alongside experienced tax professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support strategic tax projects in the area of tax planning, tax technology implementation, supply chain management, transfer pricing and finance/tax process improvements
- Assist with the preparation and review of tax compliance deliverables across jurisdictions
- Support data collection, analysis, and tax reporting using spreadsheets and other tools
- Help maintain tax calendars, documentation, and internal filing accuracy
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support tax process improvements
- Conduct research on tax requirements and legislation that affect multinational activities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, functions, data analysis)
- Accurate, proactive, and organized with a genuine interest in tax operations
- Eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative team environment
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, with a focus on Accounting, Controllership and/or Tax preferably final year

Internship compensation package tailored to your situation (€600 monthly) based on full-time 40 hrs a week, at least 2-3 days in the office) with the opportunity to provide you with relevant work experience when graduating, easing your access to the labour market and developing your future development plan.
