The role

As a Senior Administration Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the administration function across Europe. You will develop administrative policies, governance standards and operational processes while supporting both regional headquarters and local subsidiaries. You will act as a key coordinator between business functions, subsidiaries, group resources and external service providers, ensuring efficient operations and a high-quality employee experience across the region.

This

is what you will do: 1. Administration Framework & Governance
  • Establish and continuously improve the European administration framework, including policies, procedures and governance standards, aligned with Geely Group's global guidelines and best practices.
  • Develop and manage document control, record management, company seal management and authorization-related administrative processes.
  • Ensure administrative compliance with both Group requirements and local regulations.
  • Develop and coordinate workplace Health & Safety policies, standards and governance, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Group requirements across European offices.
2. Facilities & Workplace Management
  • Manage office planning, leasing, expansion projects and workplace operations across Europe.
  • Coordinate facility-related suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, efficiency and cost control.
  • Support workplace planning to accommodate organizational growth.
3. Employee Services & Administrative Support
  • Establish and manage employee relocation support frameworks across Europe, including accommodation, onboarding and settlement assistance.
  • Coordinate executive visits, VIP receptions in Headquarters, ensure professional hospitality standards and administrative support for internal and external visitors.
  • Manage company vehicles, parking resources and related administrative services.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare and workplace experience initiatives.
4. Asset & Budget Management
  • Manage company assets, office equipment and inventory control processes.
  • Develop and manage administrative budgets and monitor spending efficiency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for operational optimization and cost control.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
  • A Bachelor degree combined with 5+ years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Services or Office Operations.
  • Experience in multinational companies and fast-growing organizations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting office expansion, subsidiary setup or regional operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong service mindset combined with governance and compliance awareness.
  • Fluent English for professional communication, additional European languages are a plus.
