Voor een grote landelijke organisatie in Amsterdam zoek ik meerdere Senior Business Analisten voor verschillende CRM-trajecten.
Als Business Analist werk je op het snijvlak van business en IT. Je onderzoekt complexe processen, haalt requirements op bij stakeholders en vertaalt deze naar heldere oplossingsrichtingen en user stories. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook intensief samen met Product Owners, Architecten, Developers en andere businessanalisten.
Mogelijke aandachtsgebieden- CRM-processen en digitale dienstverlening
- Generieke CRM-functionaliteiten en integraties
- Contactcenter- en telefonieoplossingen
- Procesverbetering en organisatiebrede verandertrajecten
- Bedrijfsprocessen en informatiebehoeften analyseren
- Requirements ophalen, structureren en prioriteren
- Businessbehoeften vertalen naar solution designs en user stories
- Stakeholders kritisch adviseren over processen en oplossingen
- Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinaire agile omgeving
- Bewaken dat oplossingen aansluiten op de behoeften van gebruikers
- Zelfstandig deelnemen aan complexe CRM-trajecten
- Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met requirements engineering en solution design
- Ervaring met CRM-implementaties of complexe digitale dienstverlening
- Ervaring binnen een grootschalige gebruikersorganisatie
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum en het opstellen van user stories
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht en krijgt zaken in beweging
- Standplaats:
Amsterdam - 32-40 uur per week
- Meerdere posities beschikbaar
