Freelance Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a global and fast paced environment where you will drive the governance, planning, and execution of multiple strategic initiatives across a complex organization. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading end to end programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities, managing dependencies, and enabling successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with senior leadership, cross functional teams, and external partners to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Lead high complexity end to end programs from scoping through implementation
• Manage a portfolio of multiple medium complexity projects with global impact
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance structures
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependency frameworks
• Drive program execution while managing risks, issues, and escalations
• Facilitate prioritization and decision making across teams and leadership groups
• Develop business cases supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Engage and influence stakeholders up to VP level
• Partner with business units and corporate functions to ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Support annual planning and budget cycles across relevant work streams
  
  Drive best practices in project and program management methodologies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve customer, business, and employee experiences
• Support change management initiatives and adoption strategies
• Monitor progress against milestones and report on program performance

• 5 to 8+ years of relevant Program Management or Project Management experience
• Proven track record delivering high complexity end to end programs
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and program portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership exposure
• Excellent business acumen and data driven decision making capabilities
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience creating business cases and executive level recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate successfully in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Change management experience
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
• Experience influencing Senior Director and VP level stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree
• Agile project management background
• PMI certification
• Lean methodology experience
• Experience in a similar business function
• Previous people management experience is a plus
