Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients. You will guide them through the implementation of our software, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and provide tailored advice. Working alongside the Customer Success team, you will ensure our clients get the most out of Max Credible.

• Map the client's current process.
• Design and execute a visually appealing plan for implementing and optimizing their process end-to-end.

• Customize and configure the software to align with the client's specific needs and processes.

• Serve as the main point of contact during the implementation period.
• Provide advice and support to ensure a seamless experience for the client.

• Conduct training and consultancy sessions for key users to ensure effective software adoption.

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Development, to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in credit management software implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate effectively with various levels within an organization, from operational staff to executives.
• Proven track record in project management; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• The ability to understand complex processes and translate them into pragmatic solutions.
• A proactive work attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel
• Action orientation
