Project Manager, Change Management, Business Systems & Technology Analysis

Adaptfy is growing! We are looking for a Project Management Associate with 3+ years of experience, to join our Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam.

• Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.

• Manage assigned work streams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and project documentation.

• Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and proactively escalat[e] issues where required.

• Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.

• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions.

• Support governance activities including project reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.

• Ensure clear communication of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.

• Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Technology consultants, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and client stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery.

• Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.

• Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, project governance, and team collaboration.

• Support proposal development, project planning activities, and internal capability initiatives where required.
