Based in the Netherlands, you will work alongside an international team of technology specialists who support hotels and corporate teams across Europe.
As a Technology & Business Solutions Intern, you will support the Project Management team with a wide range of project coordination, financial administration, reporting, and operational activities.
Responsibilities- Support the Project Management team with the delivery of technology and business‑focused projects
- Independently coordinate smaller projects and provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of technology projects across multiple hotel properties
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and governance records
- Support project budget tracking, forecasting activities, and vendor scheduling
- Assist with the creation and processing of purchase orders and expenditure approvals
- Prepare presentations and progress updates for management, senior leadership, and stakeholders
- Maintain vendor documentation, support agreements, and service records
- Assist with departmental administration, contract management, and process documentation
- Currently enrolled in a MBO Level 4 (BOL) or HBO programme in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to administration and project support
- Previous internship or administrative experience
- Experience with in the hospitality sector
- Interest in Project Management, Technology, or Business Operations
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and processes

The internship allowance for this position is €750 gross per month, in accordance with the BOL Internship Scale.
