Operations & Integration Lead

• Map priority workflows and establish clear responsibilities with the teams involved.

• Coordinate integration projects across operations, finance and technology.

• Build practical operating routines, documentation and measures of progress.

• Capture what works and adapt it for other companies without losing local expertise.

Develop the operating methods that connect the group and turn improvements within one company into shared capabilities.

• Experience improving operations or delivering cross-functional projects in a commerce or product business.

• The ability to turn complex workflows into clear processes and follow through on implementation.

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
