You run the engagement, from first strategy conversation to final delivery, and grow the team that delivers it.
What you'll do- Run engagements end-to-end and own the client outcome.
- Lead board-level conversations about AI transformation.
- Grow and coach the team on your engagements.
- Help shape WAIMAKERS itself, propositions, ways of working, people.
- 5+ years leading consulting or transformation work.
- Trusted in the boardroom, and still hands-on when it counts.
- A people-grower: your teams get better every engagement.
- Comfortable in Dutch and English.
- Your own client portfolio, and the mandate to run it.
