Construction Manager - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Permanent Contract

The client creates the tools and resources for their customers’ requirements to solve real‑world challenges and transform industries without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in‑house AI/ML teams.

To support the client’s continued growth, the company is currently looking to hire a Construction Manager for a project based in Amsterdam.

• Manage end‑to‑end construction activities for data centre projects.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project goals.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, in mission‑critical or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and construction sequencing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
